Putnam County Common Pleas Court Sept. 11 The Union Bank Co., Columbus Grove, was granted a foreclosure against Shelly M. Clark, Hebron, in the amount of $77,124.72, plus interest and costs. Sept. 14 Daniel F. Salazar, 38, 1035 Heritage Trail, Ottawa, was sentenced to 60 months in prison for sexual battery. He was given credit for 191 days served. He was so sentenced to 36 months in prison for unlawful sexual conduct with a minor. The sentence was ordered to be served consecutively for a total of 96 months in prison.
