- 1 can of chickpeas (400g)
- 1 small red onion, finely chopped
- 1 small tomato, finely chopped
- 1 green chilli, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup fresh coriander, finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp chaat masala
- 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp tamarind chutney
- 1 tbsp mint chutney
- 1 lemon, juiced
- Drain the chickpeas from the can and rinse them with water. Put them in a mixing bowl.
- Add the chopped onion, tomato, green chilli, and coriander to the mixing bowl.
- In a small bowl, mix together the cumin powder, chaat masala, red chilli powder, and salt. Add this mixture to the mixing bowl.
- Add the tamarind chutney, mint chutney, and lemon juice to the mixing bowl.
- Mix all the ingredients together until everything is well combined.
