My Favorite Worksheets on Inferences
I can’t wait to share my FAVORITE worksheets on inferences with you!
Making inferences is a challenging skill for students.
Making inferences is an abstract concept because students will need to take a piece of information – then make a brand-new idea or concept from that.
Although we make inferences every single day in our everyday lives, we rarely even notice that we are doing it!
I created these reading comprehension color by numbers because I wanted students to have a chance to practice complicated reading skills while having fun at the same time.
Because who isn’t engaged when coloring is involved?!

What is included in these worksheets on inferences?
You receive a total of 5 making inferences reading passages and questions with this reading comprehension set!
The passages are short and concise – because we want students to spend time actually completing the questions and practicing the strategy, not reading an enormous text.
Each passage comes with four comprehension questions, and the black-and-white color by number picture as well.
How do these printables on inferring work?
Let me tell you how students complete these inferences worksheets!
