The NETGEAR PLP2000 is one of the best powerline adapters on the market, delivering fast data transmissions speeds, multiple ports, and extra noise filtering for an excellent overall option.
Like other passthrough powerline adapters, the PLP2000's are on the large side. However, you get some extra features in exchange for the relative bulk. A major plus is the inclusion of dual Gigabit Ethernet ports, allowing you to wire more than one device to an adapter. The PLP2000 also uses advanced noise filtering to reduce any interference, making it a good option for businesses or busy environments.
The PLP2000 does not have Wi-Fi, which is a shame. However, as you have two Gigabit Ethernet ports plus a passthrough socket, you can always make a different arrangement (use a Wi-Fi extender, plug in an old router, etc.).
